Bobby attended Kansas University, graduating with a Bachelor’s in Communication Studies in 2013. Since then, he began working full time at Rob Sight Ford, started by his great grandfather in 1923. He originally began working at the dealership at 14 years old and through the years has held positions across the entire dealership. He was promoted in August 2021 to Managing Partner. In addition to his work, he has given a lot of service to the vehicle industry including being a Board Member of Missouri Automobile Dealers Association (MADA), 2018-present; and Board Member of the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA), 2021-present.

In his spare time, Bobby enjoys being with family, including his wife, Abigail. Bobby and his family have opened their home and hearts to many beloved cats and dogs. Most recently the Sight family welcomed a puppy named Buddy that they met at Wayside Waifs’ Fur Ball gala, and it was love at first “Sight”. David graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management in 2013. In 2009, while still in college, he Co-Founded Smart ‘n’ EZ Apparel, which he ran throughout his college years and successfully exited upon graduation. He began his career in Washington D.C. interning with Senator Pat Roberts in and in the Koch Internship Program conducting policy outreach on Capitol Hill with the Mercatus Center. Then, in 2014 he began working for BioStar Renewables where he’s been the Vice President of Sales, the Senior Vice President of Sales, and is now the Chief Commercial Officer (COO), focused on customer acquisition and solar + energy storage project development across the USA. In addition, David hosts a podcast called RENEWables, which features businesses making an impact with groundbreaking technology in the sustainability and renewable energy fields. David is also licensed Real Estate Agent with Haith & Co., has volunteered as a Big with Big Brothers Big Sisters, and is a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity. 

David spends most of his personal time with his wonderful wife, Jacquelyn, who is a Charge Nurse on the Pediatric ICU at The University of Kansas Medical Center, and his two children, Steevie Rose, and David Oliver, and two German Shepherds, Enzo and Otto. David has always been a pet lover, but after experiencing challenges with infertility and adopting his second dog, Otto, he’s grown to adore and appreciate their presence in the family more than he could have ever imagined.
