I am participating in the 28th annual Strutt With Your Mutt Walk/Run event on Sunday, September 16, 2018 in Brookside, Kansas City, MO. Strutt With Your Mutt is an annual fundraiser for Wayside Waifs, Kansas City's largest and most comprehensive no-kill adoption campus. Wayside cares for nearly 6,000 abandoned, abused and homeless animals every year. It's mission is to partner pets and community for life.
Wayside is an animal welfare organization that provides animal adoptions, animal resuces, foster care programs, humane education programs including No More Bullying!, the Bark Park (an off-leash dog park), Whiskers & Wags (on-site pet retail boutiques), pet memorial services, and volunteer opportunites.
Funds raised from Strutt With Your Mutt supports Wayside's life saving mission by providing care for homeless animals year round.
