Our favorite time of year is Strutt With Your Mutt time. I get to be around my favorite person outside and I usually end up with a cheeseburger for being an awesome puppers. But, this isn’t all about me. This is about the countless animals that come to Wayside Waifs each year. They need our help. It could be medical care, training, or just everyday needs. I was one of those animals. I was a healthy gal, but I still needed to be fixed and have puppy shots. Your donation helps animals like me get the care they need before finding a forever home. Forever homes are pawsome. So please donate if you can.
Since I am an older gal now, we are just doing the 3k Strutt. We may not be running, but I am still a pretty speedy walker err strutter.
I almost forgot the best part! If you donate $25 or more, your name will be entered in a drawing for a set of coasters painted by me! I like to call it art you can use.
Wayside is an animal welfare organization that provides animal adoptions, animal resources, foster care programs, humane education programs including No More Bullying!, the Bark Park (an off-leash dog park), Whiskers & Wags (on-site pet retail boutiques), pet memorial services, and volunteer opportunites.

A big thank you to everyone that donates. This is our favorite fundraiser of the year and our favorite 5k/3k. We love seeing everyone out there with their pups and espically all the waif alums. So many pups that found their forever homes through Wayside Waifs.
We also want to send a huge thank you to the people of Brookside. What an amazing neighborhood. We get people waving at us, cheering us on, and setting out water bowls for the pups. We truly appreciate your support. Some of those hills are tough and a little cheering on goes a long way.
