What is team Fur-Ever Friends? A lively group of friends who once worked together at an animal shelter are coming together again for a fun and heartwarming cause—Strutt With Your Mutt! These animal lovers, who spent years caring for and rehoming countless pets, couldn’t be more excited to reunite with their dogs in tow. (Or, maybe just meet to walk. Not all their dogs are crowd-appropriate. haha) This walk gives them the perfect chance to catch up, share laughs, and relive the fond memories of their time at the shelter. With happy tails wagging and laughter filling the air, they're energized by the shared joy of helping animals, proving that their passion for rescue work is as strong as ever.
Wayside is an animal welfare organization that provides animal adoptions, animal rescue, foster care programs, humane education programs including No More Bullying!, outreach services for owned pets that includes low cost vaccination and spay/neuter clinics, the Bark Park (an off-leash dog park), Whiskers & Wags (on-site pet retail boutiques),Pet Memorial Services, and volunteer opportunities.
Funds raised from Strutt With Your Mutt supports Wayside's life saving mission by providing care for homeless animals year round.
